Duplus Caravan Blind

Duplus Caravan Blind is a framed cellular fabric/pleated voile mesh combination blind that, as with the Unus, can be applied directly to the glazed area of a UPVC window. Where glazing fit is not possible and with the inclusion of our base frame it can be mounted onto the wall panel perimeter of the window if not on the window capping. Mounting frame is a rigid polysilk vinyl (same type of extrusion that is used for upvc windows) with an aluminium outer frame to house the main and voile blinds. Cellular fabrics are available in 'dimout' or 'blackout' opacity, both with enhanced thermal qualities over standard pleated type fabrics.

Whilst the blackout cellular fabric provides multiple qualities and properties important in caravan environments it is combined with a pleated voile, mesh, type fabric that acts as a screen. Please bear in mind that it is the fabric that is blackout, the system itself will not provide 100% light control so expect a slight amount of light peeping around the sides but absolutely no silhouette when lights are on and blinds drawn at night. The pleated voile fabric shares the same plane as the cellular fabric and allows combination use, a form of fly screen that doubles up as a net curtain.
