Ease Shutters offer the ultimate modern solution with the minimal of fuss when it comes to fitting. Made from rigid polysilk vinyl which is essentially the same material that UPVC windows are made from, they are guaranteed to withstand the extreme conditions of UV and condensation found in holiday and mobile home environment. No cracking or peeling they are easily wiped clean having total waterproof qualities.
They are different to our Profile Shutters in the fact that they are not hinged. Instead they are a lift in/out, clip bracket panel. 'Glazing' method of fitting is ONLY available to UPVC windows in statics with a minimum bead depth of between 20mm and 30mm to allow for rotation of the slat. When fixed the Shutter panel will move with opening windows and doors (french doors and similar glazed units - this product is not suitable for sliding doors).
Maximum width of an individual unit is 3000mm overall and individual panels of no more than 800mm. Where a window exceeds 800mm in width total we will split the individual panels into 2 or 3 accordingly and they will have a decorative astragal to cover the small gaps between each panel. Where a central bottom handle exists we will need to have an odd number of panels in order to accommodate the window handle rebate.
