During showroom hours we are always available to Customers when we can offer our advice on all window covering topics.
Within the factory we have experienced people who manufacture the products that appear on this site. This means they are very specialised and have first hand knowledge of the workings and application of the blinds they make. Because they are busy cutting and assembling we do not have them instantly available to answer telephone calls so we would ask that any queries are directed through the contact form or the chat box in the bottom right hand corner. Here administration staff will offer their daily knowledge and should a question need a more technical answer they will seek that by visiting the work station of the relevant authority specific to the query lodged.
We know that our Customers are nomadic by nature and so, if during your travels, you pass close to our factory showroom then you are more than welcome to pay us a visit where we can show you the units in operation.
